No... not a chocolate cake baked with seafood! A special cake decorated with chocolate plastic lala and fondant oyster... the cake is the Perfect All-American Chocolate butter cake from the cake bible, and the icing is custard fudge. It was fun and difficult at the same time. Cake took me 1 hr to mix, FOUR HOURS TO DECORATE!.... phew!
